Work closely with senior chefs, gain hands-on experience with seasonal produce, and learn across all sections. What you'll need: A genuine passion for cooking and hospitality Commitment to completing your apprenticeship Eagerness to learn, grow, and refine your skills Commis Chefs - $65K S As a Commis Chef, you'll be hands-on in food preparation, learning new techniques while supporting senior chefs in delivering high-quality dishes that reflect our standards. What you'll need: Previous experience in a commercial kitchen Sound understanding of kitchen basics and food safety A strong desire to progress in your culinary career Chef de Partie (CDP) $74K S Step into a key role in our kitchen team, taking ownership of your section and helping deliver consistency, creativity, and quality.
